Kyle is a long-time IT Engineer, Josie a Product Marketing Engineer turned stay-at home mom, educator, and finally Instructional Designer. We have owned businesses, worked W-2 jobs, lost W-2 jobs, seen wealth grow and disappear before our eyes at times. We had parents who owned 4-plexes which successfully brought in some extra cash each month, however the time and energy required to self-manage the property was often a challenge. We knew that there was something better out there and began our research into the world of multifamily real estate investing and passive cash flow opportunities. Through mentorship and many conversations, we discovered syndication. Syndication allows a group of investors to pool their capital to invest together, rather than limit themselves by investing independently. Real estate syndication generally has smaller minimum investment amounts and is an impactful way to get exposure to the real estate market at a low cost. Real estate returns are one of the most stable over time, which means that syndication can be an excellent long-term investment.

Vision
We are passionate about veterans and their families! We have partnered with The Veterans Ranch, a non-profit, equine therapy organization that helps veterans cope with the physical and emotional effects of their selfless service.
